Fit and warm Neighbourhood

Are you ready to move together?

Moving Neighbours is looking for enthusiastic participants:

Leuven residents aged +25 who would like to get to know new neighbours and at the same time want to improve their health and fitness.

Want to move?

We are looking for one or more exercise partners with whom you can start.

After all, together you can do more than alone.

You take up the challenge for 10 weeks to move or exercise together once a week.

To support you, we provide a movement tracker and guidance by a trained student coach.

Together we go for fit and warm neighbourhoods in Leuven!

Participation is completely free! We only ask that you share your experiences with us.

Welcome to the information evening on Tuesday, January 16 in community center Casablanca or Thursday, January 18 in community center 't Lampeke or Monday, January 22 in community center Hoogland, each time from 6:30 to 8:30 pm. 

If you prefer to follow the information evening online, you can do so on Tuesday, January 9 at 8 pm. A video link can be found here.
