  • E-mail address of the person whose data you wish to alter.
  • Which alterations you wish or whether the data needs to be deleted.


This is how we process your data:


The data name, address, telephone number and e-mail address are used to contact you about the project (and only about the project).


The other data ensures that we get a better picture of your needs and preferences within the project.



We collect your data to make the Moving Neighbours project run as smoothly as possible.


We use Google Analytics for usage analysis of our website. For this purpose, information about the use of our website is collected anonymously. This data is not passed on to Google and is not used for marketing and advertising purposes.




Which data is collected?



Certain information is required in the input form, this information is necessary to be able to contact you about and during the project.


Other information is very useful, but not strictly necessary for you to participate in the project. You choose whether to enter data here.


No marketing profiles are created based on data entered or cookies placed.

Only those personal data are collected that are necessary to fulfill a specific part of our services or to send you information.

These are:

    e-mail address

    year of birth


Preference data


These are the data that do not directly identify you, but that tell us more about your preferences and specific wishes. These data are used to get a global picture of the project.

Your personal data is used for a specific purpose with the following legal grounds:


Contact form: to meet your request, provide an answer and allow you to participate in the project (executive assignment).     


An exception to this is only possible with your explicit permission.



Who has access to your data?



Only the project staff have full access to your data. The students participating in the project receive only the information they need to be able to carry out the project.



How long will your data be kept?


Personal data is kept for as long as necessary to provide you with the service that you activated yourself or for which you gave permission. Your personal data will be kept for a maximum of 5 years after the last use.
